Any directory that only lists personal sites is useful. The flat nature of this directory works well with personal sites which are notoriously hard to categorize. The directory allows for Tags, but one cannot sort listings by Tag.
What I find fascinating is the inventiveness of people using platforms that were never intended to be directories or link collectors, to collect links.
